Nolvadex D 20mg Tablet may be consumed with or without meals, but consume it simultaneously to receive the maximum effect. It should be your doctor’s recommendation. The dosage and how frequently you take it depending on what you do. Your doctor decides how much to improve your symptoms. Swallow the pills whole with water. This medication is usually used 10-15 years. You should take this medication as long as recommended. Hot flashes, mood changes, vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, nausea, and water retention are the most frequent adverse effects. If they discomfort or seem severe, let your doctor know. There may be methods to reduce or avoid them. Some side effects may imply you should promptly report vaginal bleeding, irregular menstrual cycle, and vaginal discharge. It makes birth control tablets less effective, so use condoms and other preventative steps to prevent pregnancy. This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Human studies have shown reports of spontaneous abortions, birth defects and foetal deaths from the use of Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s during pregnancy. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Excretion of Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s is not known in human breast milk. Thus, it is not advisable to be used during breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor.

Driving Warning (Generally Safe)
Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
Nolvadex-D 20mg Tablet 30s is safe to be used in patients with kidney impairment.
