Dosage:
For ovulation induction:
- Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG): 5000 to 10,000 units of IM once daily after the last dose of menotropin
- Regenerative chorionic gonadotropin (e-HCG): 250 mcg subcutaneously once daily after the last dose of follicle stimulant
